Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built PCs or customized configurations

  • Software, games, or digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical issues

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification.

  • Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  3. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Crizon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
